Strong ophthalmology practice looking to add an additional OD in Grand Junction, CO. It's a state of the art office with strong administrative support. Grand Junction offers year round outdoor activities with four seasons and a relatively mild winter. From breathtaking red rock scenery and thrilling outdoor adventure, to cultural attractions and farm-to-table dining, Grand Junction is a premier destination on Colorado's Western Slope. An outdoor paradise, explore local trails at the Colorado National Monument or Grand Mesa year round. Skiing, golfing, mountain biking, rafting and hiking abound in Grand Junction. Additionally, it sits within a 2 hour drive from the majestic San Juan Mountains to the east and breathtaking Moab, UT to the west. Numerous local wineries and produce growers supply restaurants and farm stands with fresh flavors. There's something for everyone to enjoy.

Strong multi-specialty practice
All medical, working with glaucoma and cataract surgeons
Average of 30-35 patients per day
No optical or contact lenses
40 hours per week (no weekends)

Minimum qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
CO optometric license or intent to acquire one
Candidates must be strong in cataract and refractive surgery pre & post op and comfortable in a high-volume setting
