Experience 5+ years of experience in user research for consumer products Start to finish usability and concept testing, from participant recruitment to final report Experience with phone or tablet hardware user research Experience with device performance measurement Skills User Research Consumer Products Surveys In-Lab Research Education Masters degree or higher in cognitive science, usability, human factors, or similar fields.
