Main Ingredients of the Job:

As a US FOODS® Delivery Driver, you will be a vital part of our team and the face of our organization. Your role will directly impact our customers as you deliver a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, and more. Your dedication is the foundation of our success!

• Deliver best-in-class Customer Service.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining productivity.
• Unload products using a hand truck and place items in customer storage areas.
• Perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
• Make frequent stops during your work shift.
• Deliver products in various weather conditions.
• Verify delivery of items with customers.
• Collect payments (cash or checks) when necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by your state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with proper endorsements.
• No more than two traffic violations in the past two years; no DUI convictions in the past three years.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food and beverage delivery.
• Must pass a DOT physical.

Compensation: Your pay will depend on relevant experience, education, specific skills, and geographic location. The expected base rate for this role is between $32.09 and $35.59, with overtime compensation available. Benefits include health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and more.
