Join Our Transportation Team as a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver!

Are you ready to hit the road with a purpose? At US Foods® , we believe that great delivery truck drivers are the backbone of our organization. As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver, you will be the friendly face our customers rely on, ensuring their food products arrive safely and on time.

Your Role in Our Team

In this exciting position, you will:

• Safely drive trucks to customers, meeting scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
• Handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience, or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops.
