Job Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Advertising Program Manager working onsite in Santa Monica, CA to support our premier client’s advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope. This is a 3-month contract role that offers experience working cross-functionally with Advertising Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Design/Web Development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns for top-tier clients in Streaming/Linear TV and Theatrical verticals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Advertising Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Design/Web Development teams.
• Own program strategy, execution, and performance while serving as the primary internal point of contact.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timely execution within budget and scope.
• Utilize data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive improvements.
• Work with advertisers and agencies to create compelling, customer-centric advertising solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations and build relationships across marketing, product, sales, and development teams.
• Apply sound business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills to prioritize initiatives effectively.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• 5+ years’ experience delivering cross functional projects or 3+ years of experience with an MBA
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Skills:

• Online display advertising industry experience and/or previous business development/publisher experience are highly desired.
• Passionate about advertising and have experience creating compelling solutions that work both for end-customers and advertisers.
• Facilitate harnessing big, creative ideas for online media, growing the business and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products
• Basic understanding of technical integration of concepts, and the ability to build relationships with marketing & product managers, sales stakeholders, dev managers, SDEs and designers.
• Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize. Strong written and oral communications skills are supremely important.
